إلى كل الشرفاء في الجيش العربي السوري الأبي نناشدكم جنوداً ورتباء وقادة ..
كما نطلبُ منكم الوقوف وقفة شرف وضمير. والتصدي للظلم والطغيان ورفض الإستعباد والذل ومناصرة الحق وأهله. كفانا قهرٌ وذلٌ وإستعبادْ، أنتم وحدكم القادرون على رفع الضيم عن أهلنا وحمايتهم وإفدائهم بأرواحكم.
فها هو الواجب يناديكم اليوم. إنتفضوا على هذا الطاغي، وثوروا على جلادينا وجلاديكم، فقد آن الآوان لنتحرر وتتحرروا، ونبني معاً سورية الحرة ذو نظام عصري ديموقراطي يحقق تطلعاتنا وأحلامنا جميعاً ولا يكون فيه ميزةُ لامرىءٍ عاى امرىءٍ آخر. فكلنا تحت النظام والقانون من رأس الهرم إلى أسفله.
لم يعد يكفي رفض أوامر قادتكم ومرؤسيكم بإطلاق الرصاص على المتظاهرين، كونكم وإن رفضتم نعلم كما أنتم تعلمون العواقب الوخيمة التي تنتظركم على أيدي جلاديكم ألا وهي ترويعكم وتصفيتكم.
لذلك، المطلوب منكم اليوم بأن تكونوا على قدرٍ عالٍ من الوعي والمسؤولية وتثقوا ببعضكم الآخر وتثوروا على هؤولاء السفاحين الهمجيين لأنه كلما إزاذ الضغط عليهم سيزداد بطشهم وإجرامهم. فاحذروا من غدرهم. واتكلوا على الله واعلموا بأن إذا كان للباطل جولة فللحق ألف جولة وجولة.
إن ثورة شعبنا هذه مشروعة لإسترداد أبسط حقوقنا المسلوبة أهمها "الحرية والديمقراطية"
نحن شعبٌ وجيشٌ...... يدٌ واحدة قلبٌ واحد هدفٌ واحد...... ضد الذل والإستعباد.
وأخيراً ستبقى سورية حرةً وسينتصر شعبنا العظيم
