This was a unanimous opinion. The majority opinion was written by Chief Justice Roberts. Two concurring opinions were filed; one by Justice Thomas and a second by Justice Alito who was joined by Justice Kagan.

Hosanna-Tabor: U.S. Supreme Court Church-State Decision Protects the Church
Via Catholic Times.... whow, unanimous with Alito and Kagan joining together on a concurring opinon; so much for America's polarization and a huge embarresement for the EEOC.
